Are in the Information Technology Services / BPO / Tech Enabled Services space

Have revenue of $5M to $30M

Have EBITDA $1M to $5M

Hold stable / growing revenue and breakeven or profit generation for three years

Has a current owner who needs growth capital and talent and is interested in selling the business immediately or over next few years
